And part two. The bathroom, the dining room, the living room, and everything in between. This apartment has a big double parlor in front, so the dining room and living room are bright and spacious and get all that juicy morning and afternoon light. We've always joked though that the bathroom is our favorite room in the house -- and it sort of is. It's huge, and the early morning sun shines right in, and the walls are a soft pale periwinkle color, and it has lots of little details like hooks on the wall and gorgeous wainscoting.
Okay but enough about the bathroom. I only managed to get one sort-of photo of it (the window in the last photo), but there's also another favorite spot in the house -- the studio. A large closet that used to be closed off and only accessible from the stairwell, our art/yoga studio now juts out from the living room and has one window that lets in all the afternoon light. Actually, you can see it here, although it's changed a lot since then!
(And if you want to see what the apartment looked like pre-moving day, you can see it here. Aw, it's come so far!)
