hoi an, vietnam.

Arriving in Hoi An was like a breath of fresh air. It's a sweet little city on the coast of central Vietnam, rife with beautiful beaches, glowing paper lanterns, and amazing food. I ended up staying here for a total of five nights, and enjoyed every minute. Hoi An is also famous for its tailors, so we had a bunch of clothes made. I was a little unimpressed with the quality, but it was still fun! And now I have a bunch of bathing suits for the next beach I visit :)

Unfortunately my visa was up at this point so I headed back to Hanoi to pick up my luggage, but this was such a wonderful way to end my time in Vietnam! Who knows when I'll be back ;)

From Hanoi I headed to Bangkok, where I arrived yesterday! So far I'm loving Thailand (more than Vietnam, maybe?) and can't wait to see more.
